Terms of Service

  1. Payment is via Ko-Fi (preferred) or Paypal. Alternative forms can be discussed.

  2. I can decline any commission that I feel uncomfortable with.

  3. Please send the order form in my DMs!

  4. Please pay 50% before and after the sketch or 100% upfront. Commission will begin/continue after the first or full payment has been received.

  5. Full credit must be given to me if posted and/or used on any social platform.

  6. Do NOT use my artwork for NFTs, and/or AI.

  7. Do NOT commercially use and/or sell (unless discussed and given specific, explicit permission from me) my work.

  8. Do NOT use my artwork for redistribution (unless discussed and given specific, explicit permission from me).

  9. Personal commissions are for private use only, and distribution is prohibited.

  10. Please include references and/or mood boards when requesting a commission. I cannot work off of a description alone.

  11. I will send progress shots (rough sketch, lineart, base colors) while I am working on the commission.

  12. No refunds after the lineart is finalized and approved.

  13. No large revisions or last-minute changes after the lineart has been finalized and approved. Large edits and redraws (pose/outfit change, etc.) after the finalized lineart stage must be paid for, 20 USD charge.

  14. Minor revisions (up to 5) will have no charge. Any further will have a 5 USD charge.

  15. Commissions will take up to 3-4 weeks at most upon rough sketch approval. Please remember that I am a university student and classes will keep me busy unpredictably.

  16. Commissioners automatically agree to all Terms of Service conditions when the commission is submitted and/or accepted.

  17. Finished products with a simple backgroud will be sent via Google Drive.
